Understanding Is Light!

This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

In whom the god of this world have blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

Who is among you that fears the Lord, that obeys the voice of his servant, that walks in darkness, and have no light? let him trust in the name of the Lord, and stay upon his God.

God is the Lord, which have showed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

Then spoke Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Then after that says he to his disciples, Let us go into Judaea again. His disciples say unto him, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone you; and go you there again? Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbles not, because he sees the light of this world. But if a man walk in the night, he stumbles, because there is no light in him. Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walks in darkness knows not where he goes.

For you were sometimes darkness, but now are you light in the Lord: walk as children of light:

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanse us from all sin.

But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

...the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;.....and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass. And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it:....Amen.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

...and with all your getting get understanding.

Charity never fails: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. And now abides faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

That you might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;Giving thanks unto the Father, which have made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who have delivered us from the power of darkness, and have translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

...and the sheep hear his voice: and he calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out. And when he puts forth his own sheep, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

Yes, I need Light everyday, and God shall supply all of my need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. I'm glad, I have knowledge, but knowledge will puff you up (making you think, you are all that), but knowledge in action can lead to understanding, (trial and error) letting you know how to handle things, this is called by the world, "intelligence". The world's intelligence causes you to stumble, not knowing where you are going. But in God's Kingdom, there is the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb, they will give you sound instruction and faithful guidance, this is called the Lord God's intelligence, which is "Light". You can know a lot of things, but that don't mean it is the time to do anything, you need to be led by the Spirit of God.

If God has showed you something, don't condemn yourself for seeing it. There is no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit. One day, along while ago, the Lord spoke to me about something, or you may say, he let me know about something.  He said, "It's just like turning on the light and you never seen what was in that room before and you may be afraid or upset of everything that is in that room, because you never seen it before".  The Lord don't want you to shut your eyes on the truth, this is how we must keep our eyes open, and not continue in the dark that we were once comfortable in, not knowing nor understanding anything. The blood of Jesus will cleanse you from all sin, because you might not know how to act at first, but it is God's grace that will bring you through, keeping you and settling you. Walking in the light is like, when the Lord gives you one scripture, you should obey only that one, because that one will lead to other scriptures and their understanding. You must walk as He gives it to you, one step at a time, walking in the light as He is in the Light. Your understanding will be enlightened, that you will know the hope of your calling. Some believe that knowledge, tongues and prophesies are not good or not needed, but the scriptures does not say that we don't need them, only until we are full grown, then they will cease in areas of our growth in Christ...Amen.
