Moving Through the Water of Life

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.

The memory of the just is blessed: but the name of the wicked shall rot.

And you have he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; wherein in time past you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience: among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, have quickened us together with Christ, (by grace you are saved;) And has raised us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

That in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. By grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God had before ordained that we should walk in them.

Wherefore remember, that you being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: But now in Christ Jesus you who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who has made both one, and have broken down the middle wall of partition between us; having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; and that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now, therefore, you are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow-citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone; In whom all the building fitly framed together grows unto a Holy Temple in the Lord: In whom you also are built together for a habitation of God through the Spirit.

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after you were illuminated, you endured a great fight of afflictions; Partly, whilst you were made a gazing-stock both by reproaches and afflictions, and partly, whilst you became companions of them that were so used.

Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Savior Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that have called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these you might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.  And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that you shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacks these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and have forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

My past is blessed, oh yeah, my past is blessed, I can look back and see Jesus. All that darkness has been just the devil throwing his two cents into my subconscious mind.  (Giving me dreams that is contrary to God's word, saying that my future is dark and gloomy, which God is for me, my future is blessed) And God who is so rich in His mercy, has cleaned the spirit of my mind from the two cents that was thrown in. Thank you God for giving me the time to pull myself out of it, and God thank you for the grace that I can maintain a clean conscious and subconscious mind.  And thank you God for giving me the strength to come out of all the dilemma's that has happened to me in the past, and giving me the understanding that I am blessed in the city, in the field, and I shall go in and out and find pasture, which is past-ure...Amen. Don't try to forget where you came from but know that God is the one that has giving you the grace to succeed. Sometimes God will bring to your remembrance what he has done, so you can know that God got your back...and your front. The Author and the Finisher of your faith, he began this good work and he will perform it unto the end.  Amen.
