Now we exhort you, brethren,
Warn them that are unruly,
Comfort the feebleminded,
Support the weak, be patient toward all men.
See that none render evil for evil unto any man;
(but ever follow that which is good,
both among yourselves and to all men.)
Rejoice evermore.
Pray without ceasing.
In everything give thanks:
(for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you).
Quench not the Spirit.
Despise not Prophesyings
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
Abstain from all appearances of evil.
So Samuel went and lay down in his place. And the Lord came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for your servant hear. And the Lord said to Samuel, Behold, I will do a thing in Israel, at which both the ears of everyone that hear it shall tingle.

When you can't sleep at night, and you are wondering, Why? maybe God is trying to tell you something right now. We think we can't sleep for a variety of reasons, we are so anxious to sleep because the world says we need 8 hours of sleep. You are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation. The word of God says that if that same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwell in you, dwells in you, He will quicken your mortal bodies, by His Spirit that dwell in you. (I thought that sleep refreshing the body, "Ha", it's God's Spirit that refreshes the body...Amen.)
